RAMEN ON THE WALK

Our focus is on producing the highest quality noodles and broth for our ramen. Alongside this we will be offering an ever changing Asian influenced snacks menu in a fun and laid back venue. Our noodles are made in-house using a combination of local and internationally sourced flours. We offer a choice of three types of noodles to compliment your ramen selection.  Our broths are made using the finest locally sourced pork and chicken. Our Veggy ramen is no after-thought! It is a rich laksa style broth with a seasonal changing variety of vegetables often cooked overnight in the embers of our Konro Japanese BBQ.
